I had an issue with the sale of my condo. Paul not only advised, but also drafted the necessary contract to get the botched sale cleared up quickly. He was friendly, fair and professional the whole way through it. I don’t know what I would’ve done if not for his solid advice. I would have no condo AND no place to live. Think about it, if someone is allowed to take possession of your home, as often happens in real estate deals when one party needs to close and the other wants to drag their feet, you can wind up with a “no sale” situation while the person is occupying your home. This is terrifying! Paul to the rescue. He made this into a “non problem.” (Could’ve been bad!)

Had a friend who employed Paul as their lawyer for an injury case. My friend gathered all of the information for his case and did a lot of the work for it, which led them to win the case. Instead of distributing the money to his client when they won, Paul used it to purchase a new building for himself(my friend saw the bank transfer). Paul refused to give my friend what he won in one lump sum, instead would only distribute a certain amount every month due to something he made up about the company not allowing it to be distributed. My friend called the company and they said that what Paul claimed was not true. Paul was lying because he didn't have my friend's settlement money because he spent it on himself. Which is probably why he had the settlement check sent to his house rather than to his office...He also told my friend multiple lies and advocated for the insurance company more than his own client(after they won he called the insurance company multiple times asking if they could pay anything when they obviously didn't have to because they won). Also didn't pay the ambulance bill he was supposed to pay so now my friend has it on his credit. I would never recommend using this slime ball unless you want to get robbed by a crooked lawyer
