Terrific firm to work with. To start, I spoke to the Legal Receptionist arrange a consultation. She picked up the phone right away and was kind, helpful and prompt when following up with me via email. I got a free consultation with the Attorney who was very pleasant and SO helpful. He knew his facts / policies and immediately gave me a clear answer. The Attorney followed up with documents for my reference and invited me to email or call back if I had any other questions. If you're doubting whether or not tp try a free consultation, it is probably worth it. I would 100% recommend him to anyone dealing with legal issues for businesses.

Mr. Cheng wrote our contract for our dental practice buy-in. He represented both buyer and seller since we didn't want an attorney's disputing each other.
