Be wary of this individual. Larry purports to represent clients from Hyatt Legal Plan but our experience was negative. We clearly explained our needs and he asked us to gather more information - including an expensive property survey we paid for! Once we sent him the survey document, he informed us that he didn't support Cobb county litigation clients and billed the legal plan for a "document review." In fact, in his final email to us, he didn't seem to understand the basis of the case and seemed to think we had a challenge with an "undisturbed buffer" and not a property line. Even after multiple previous correspondence specifically discussing the case. I reached out to him to discuss but he never responded. O.C.G.A. § 9-11-11.1
