Dear Mr. Jack, You did one refinance closing for me back to 7/19/2002. The discharge from the prevous mortgage company was not recorded. I have been calling and left messages since July 2016. I was told that the previous mortgage company sent the registry of deeds on August 3. I called this morning and the registry of deeds did not receive the discharge letter. I called your office today and was told to call the mortgage company on my own. I don't minding calling on my own. In the meantime, your office should call the mortgage company to get the discharge letter too. I paid closing cost and your office should take care of this. I can not get mortgage or home equity line on this property just because of this. Ines from your company said that she is busy. We are all busy. But please help me to get the discharge recorded.
