Very unprofessional. We called in advance to ask if we could write a labor manual in Chinese and English, but after charging, we were asked to google translate the labor manual ourselves. The conversation was also very irresponsible. Not professional at all. We called to ask if you can do English and Mandarin employee handbook, you said YES. After we made the payment, you asked us use Google translate to translate handbook by ourselves.
