Would give 0 stars but I have to put at least 1. Terrible service. I called to try to get a debt resolved with my school and this company was terrible at handling it. He tried to manipulate me into saying I wouldn’t pay so they could sue me and I never said that I was just wanting some clarity on what my debt was. Would not ever recommend talking to anyone at this business they were extremely rude. Hope they go out of business soon.

This is a fraud lawfirm that will get you to sign contract agreeing to help solve settlement for crash that was not at fault and completely totaled & lost. I was promised there help and support but ended up signing fraud documents when they were hiding the real settlement return amount pls look else where before its to late i wish i would’ve seen a review anywhere before signing with Mr sean Mowery & Mrs Renne

my college sent my debt here apparently,, they do nothing but BLOW my phone up- i work morning shifts, full time, and when i call back after i get off they don’t answer. then blow my phone up (3-5calls/day) the next day and the cycle repeats. i get yall got a job to do but calling over and over again isn’t gonna get said job done any faster. jesus

Scammer! Sent me a text, and called me about an accident. 1. I didn't have an accident. 2. My name is not the name he asked for. 3. I don't live or have a number in the same area code or state. When I advised I'm not who he was looking for he got very angry , berated me, and hung up. What a horrible human.

My account manager, Eric Sandusky, was extremely helpful in paying off a two-year-old medical bill. He helped me form a plan that will have me finishing pay it off within a year! Plus, he was really friendly and made me feel like I was talking to someone trying to help me rather than a debt collector. Hats off to him! I did have a few times where my card was overcharged or a payment came through on the wrong date, which is the only thing that is making me give them four stars. But those problems were solved pretty quickly! Update: Changed my rating to five stars, now that I’m on my last payment. Issues only occurred in the beginning, but everything has been fine since. I’m not sure why they are receiving so many one star reviews; it seems like they are all coming from people who just don’t want to pay their debt, and are lashing out at the debt collectors! So, if you are ACTUALLY trying to pay off your debt, you can trust Schuerger. I’m very grateful to this group for giving me freedom from that hospital debt that was looming over me! Thanks Eric!
