I have used Rob Bicego Law on thee different occasions over a 15 year period. I was pleased in all representations; and appreciated the time he took to answer all of my questions, and if I had additional questions that came up in the future. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use Robert Bicego Law in the future. I am still an active client and spoke with him today for some advice on a claim I made several years ago. Update June 29, 2020 I had previously used Robert Bicego three times in the past and won two worker's compensation claims. My first claim was appealed by the County three different times, and Robert Bicego won all three appeals. My last claim was processed much faster when we submitted all of our claim information. I received a request for additional information from Worker's Comp three years after I settled, and contacted Robert Bicego and he took care of all the details for me without additional costs. I am highly satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Robert Bicego for any Worker's Compensation or Social Security case management or rehire if I needed future representation.

Rob is not motivated. Even though he had over a week to prepare for our meeting he had not even read my file. He argued for the other side without even reviewing documents or current law. He tries harder to avoid doing work than if he actually did it. I have been waiting for him to do something on my case for three years. He has excuses for everything and his predictions for outcomes are always hopeless. If you want an aggressive and professional attorney then you need to keep looking. This one is a first class Dud!

From Victor Stupanksy to Robert and staff, Robert has been my attorney for the past five years, I have always been able to contact him when I needed him. Whenever workman's comp was slow to respond to my medication request he was always there to smooth things out and along with his fantastic office staff they got results quickly.
