I called them and spent a bit of time on the phone with one guy getting the details of a worker's compensation denial and was told to reach back out when I had the actual denial letter. When I called back the lady who answered the phone was very rude. She interrupted me speaking to ask who I was and if I was a client. I told her that I was trying to be and was instructed to call back when I had the denial letter. After a little more attitude and being put on hold I was then told by the rude woman that they weren't doing denials. I asked why I wasn't told this by the first person I spoke with on the phone a couple of days ago. She basically just said well that guy was trying to help you. That doesn't make sense, but whatever. She then tells me to call this other attorney who would be able to help me. I googled that attorney and they have a one star rating. Contacting this office was a complete waste of time and the woman I spoke to was so rude that I would not have wanted to work with them anyway. I'm already going through a lot with my situation, and people like her are the last thing I need right now.

I was recommended to call Mr. Kilby by a friend because I was having some Road blocks with the other attorneys. The first time I called, I got to speak with him without any communication barricades.
