I enrolled in this program in May 2023, hoping to get help managing my debts. Unfortunately, I just closed my account in March 2025 after realizing I was completely scammed. They took over $10,000 in negotiation fees, but when I called my creditors, I was shocked to find out what little had been done. Only $50 was paid toward one card, $1,000 toward another, and $4,000 toward the last one. On top of that, I’m now being sued by another creditor that the company didn’t even bother to work with. I feel lost and broken. I joined this program because I wanted to do the right thing for my family, but instead, they scammed me out of my hard-earned money. This program is completely misleading. I read another review that recommended working with creditors directly, and I wish I had listened. That’s exactly what I’m doing now, but I can’t get back the money I wasted on this so-called “help.” All I paid were negotiation fees, and nothing was paid off. To anyone considering this program—don’t make the same mistake I did. Work with your creditors directly. I just hope the people behind this feel good when they sleep at night after taking advantage of people like me who were just trying to get back on track.

So I’m seeing a lot of 1 star reviews and I want to state I do not work for them, I was a customer of theirs and I can tell you they are the real freaking deal!! They helped me so much, they were nothing but phenomenal. They called me, to keep me updated, they sent emails. My credit is back to almost 700 because of this program. I have dealt with other programs who did not live up to the hype but I’m telling you they will get you to where you need to go. I highly recommend them!

These offices are a scam. When you sign the contract they tell you that your credit will improve after 18 months. However, there is some truth to that effect, as long as you stay for the length of the contract. In my case I decided to pay everything and finish the program before the time established and as a reward what they did was release all the late payments on my credit report causing a tremendous drop on my credit. They tell you everything will be fine while they charge you the lawyer's services in advance plus two other monthly fees. My advice to whoever reads this message is to try to solve your problem directly with the company you owe money to. It's not worth it.

**UPDATED** After a lengthy phone conversation with one of their customer Representatives. They reviewed my case and they refunded all my money. They refunded my money because they felt they weren't clear with their billing. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful that's been for me. This was a very upfront and honest move. That is why I'm updating my review. If you can afford that kind of service I highly recommend it. They also said they will do better to have that info up front when discussing billing with new customer.

I was initially skeptical about the debt relief process, but Gitmead Law completely changed my perspective. From the very beginning, their team was professional, transparent, and incredibly supportive. They took the time to explain every step, addressed all my concerns, and provided a clear plan tailored to my situation. Thanks to their expertise, I was able to resolve my debt in a way that I didn’t think was possible. The process was smooth, and they always kept me updated, which gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciate their dedication and honesty. If you’re struggling with debt and unsure where to turn, I highly recommend Gitmead Law. They exceeded my expectations and delivered real results!
