David Stoller is such a unique attorney. He is smart, honest and knowlegeable. I have such a complicated case that nobody could figure out what to do. I called the USCIS customer service almost every week, but all I got is frustration and confusion. After I met David Stoller, he told me exactly what to do after he reviewed my paper in 10 minutes. I hesitated if I should hire him from the beginning due to my bad experience with other attornies. I decided to give him a try because I didn't have too many other choices. I am so glad I made the right decision. He helped me get my green card that I have been waiting for years. Thank you David Stoller. I wish I had hired him years ago. Highly recommend!!!

I was recommended to this law office by several people and so far it’s been a complete letdown. Zero communication whatsoever. I have called and left messages for my paralegal and never heard back. After I called again, i was told I have a new paralegal. A year later, I still can’t even get a simple answer to my question which is: was my application sent out like i was told in March? 2nd Review: I am changing my first review from 1 to 5 as David Stroller himself has reached out to me and my case has moved forward. And he also replies to my email inquiries with detailed legal advice.

After two years they finally contacted me saying they received the documents they had requested. The lady lawyer said I’ll call you after I deal with some clients today. Weeks later nothing happens. I email her and days later no answer. So I leave a voicemail and again days later no answer. So I finally send her an email asking for said documents that I paid for. She emails me back saying that I was rude for trying to get a hold of her when she was the one that told me via email she would be contacting me soon. My family has spent 10s of thousands of dollars with David but I’m guessing they are too busy right now. Claudia is not very understanding especially with how delicate these situations are. Edit: Claudia emailed weeks ago saying that she received the paperwork and would call me after she dealt with clients. You keep saying it took forever cause she didn’t have the file. However at that point she already had it. Weeks of no answer again. No response to emails or phone calls. If she would have told me “hey I got the file I’ll call you in a couple weeks” that wouldn’t have been an issue. You can clearly see who answered the review. David was always super professional, that response was def not his. To think that I’m in this situation because of the bad advice of the paralegal Sabaa who no longer works there. Due to the fact that she was giving lawyer advice while only being a paralegal. I’m glad you guys are busy but that way you’ve dealt with that growth sucks. Instead of trying to amend the situation, all you’ve gone is become defensive. Looks like the last bad review pretty much states the same thing. Nobody got back to them either. So you can kind of see a pattern

Look, this man has help me file 3 USCIS cases and they were all successful which was a journey. Immigration system can be tough and David Stoller is the lawyer you want, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and will get you on the track you want. I see some reviews here based on he is a little late? Well guess what he is working that hard to get a case done for that client, and will take his time with his clients, and imagine what he can do for you! Don't be discourage on low reviews, be encouraged that he will fight for you to make your journey successful. Thank you David Stoller!
