They were HORRIBLE at their job! Didn't communicate well AT ALL, by text mostly! Months went by with NO ACTION TAKEN ON MY CASE!!! I would have done better negotiating my own case. If you were in an accident!, PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS (so called) LAW FIRM, !! They didn't care about me or my case. I'm soooooo disgusted bc after 7 months of waiting for them to respond to me, send offers, and take any action; they wound up settling for an amount without verifying it with me first. Unbelievably incompetent!!!!
Nobody communicates. Never know what’s going on. Never spoke to an attorney. Only time I’ve heard from anyone was the chick who bugged me for my kids socials and the dude I met when I first came in. When I call, nobody listens too me. Not sure if this was a good pick

I will without doubt call this Law Firm again if needed in the future. Very informative, every time I had questions. They made sure I received the treatment I needed. They even help me get back on my feet by getting a loan on my case to get a new car because mine was totaled and the car value was less than my finance lien. Very grateful I went with them. This lawyer is unethical, lied about moving his practice to drop my case and left me with over $40,000 in healthcare/PT bills. After assuring me that he was going to litigate in my case, he sent me. Letter and had an assistant call to say that he couldn’t move forward because he’s moving his practice out of Dallas to Chicago. He already had Chicago as a location that he practices in already. He lied, and later sent me emails soliciting business in Dallas like I was a new client. The State Bar of Texas is investigating this CROOK! Do not hire him for representation unless you seek unlawful business practices.
