Our family has used Mr. Berger's legal services over the past 40+ years and have had an excellent experience every time. I have recommended Mr. Berger to several of my friends and they all have been very pleased with his legal services.

I utilized Mr. Berger for my divorce almost two years ago. Initially, his service was pretty good and the process seemed to be handled effectively. However, two years later, I am still waiting to have paperwork completed pertaining to my divorce settlement and he has been very unprofessional and unconcerned. I think that it is very unethical to be paid for a job that you have no intention of completing in a timely fashion. Both I and my ex husband have called his office many times over the course of a year in regards to this paperwork and each time, we get the same reply from him, "I'm working on it" His behavior in handling my case in which he was paid to handle from beginning to end has been despicable and I will NEVER recommend his services nor utilize them again. I think it is very disrespectful as an attorney to half complete paperwork related to a case. His lack of concern in this matter has caused many problems between my ex husband and I as it affects both of us. Please be very cautious when choosing an attorney.
