When I called the office after-hours, their 24/7 staff took my message and scheduled someone to call me the next business day. Lo and behold, FIRST thing the next morning a receptionist called me to gather the details of my situation. Within two hours, Mr. White called me back and gave me a 30 minute consultation. During that time he answered all my questions, patiently calmed me and helped me determine the pertinent points of my case (I may have been a little worked up regarding the whole matter), and helped me determine my legal course of action. I am so happy to have hired Derek Smith as my attorney. From our first meeting, what I liked about him is he didn’t waste any of our time with unnecessary coddling or what-if’s. For what I consider an extremely reasonable fee, Derek walked me through the six months of my court case and handled absolutely everything, while still keeping me informed.
