Barbara Stage worked against the wishes of hundreds of homeowners and 5 (of 7) legal Board members who wanted to recall two Board members from an HOA. I could go on and on, but it's better that you simply Google Barbara Stage and DBPR and you can read all the public documents yourself from one of her most recent cases that she lost. I'm confident you'll come to the same conclusion the FL DBPR did. Please notice she was disciplined by FL bar (before my HOA incident) for "her mistaken belief about the facts and law". We can all agree that It's critical that an attorney understand the "law "and "facts"!. Avoid this attorney and hire someone competent for the job.
