They don’t care about you or your outcome they just want you to pay and that’s it. Once you pay your case is out the window , no communication, unreliable , don’t even answer their phones. They take on so much work because of their greediness then end up making all types of mistakes and will charge you more money to fix them. Incompetent and money hungry.
