I think it’s long past time that she goes into full retirement. Don’t let the pleasant website fool you into thinking she’s someone who would fight for you or someone who actually cares. She was impatient, snappy and downright rude!! She asked for a few details about my situation - any time I would start to give details she would immediately cut me off with angry vitriol telling me that my evidence was “terrible” and to “just wait untill a lawsuit gets filed to contact her back” - um NOPE!! She was extremely irritated, rushed through the phone call and practically hung up on my face. This is not someone who likes people or has any patience whatsoever!! For the unpleasant 5 minutes I spoke with her she displayed way too many emotions - all of them were negative. It’s time to retire! You’re doing everyone a disservice with the hostile aggression and snappy demeanor.

After just a brief conversation it became apparent that Susan is definitely not in it for you. "I dont give free advice over the phone". And then proceeds to tell me factual data presented by a prior attorney (with much better ratings) was wrong. I dont appreciate me coming to you with a problem. To be stopped, talked down to (pr just work on the tone of your voice, the phone is not your, courtroom) and told I am incorrect. I thank you for the brief time but people your money will be spent better elsewhere.

Susan was extremely helpful, within the bounds of her ability to answer broad questions and guide me to where I could start my breach of contract. She detailed her fees and her initial consult fee which seemed very fair. If I decide to move forward with an attorney, she would be my first choice. Natalie Vasquez Interiors, LLC

I spoke to her over the phone and she was rude. She was not helpful at all. She wouldn't even listen to my legal problems and she didn't want to set up a consultation. I wouldn't hire her.
