I wrote a review a year ago stating how unhappy I was with how the process went when buying my condo. Then I got many phone calls from this business trying to change my review. In the end, I didn't want to deal with them anymore so I took it down. Then recently I was looking for my warranty information and realized they didn't even get the warranty I had asked for, even after emailing them twice. I have many unanswered emails tying to get information from them. There is a reason why you don't see bad reviews on here, they vet them out.
