Teresa Stewart's office walked me through the process of how everything would happen on the first call, I made the payment which was cheaper than the other attorneys we called and received letters from. I had a couple more questions after that first call. I left a message and the call was returned the next day. A few days before my son's court date, I received a text message from Atty Stewart. After the court we received a letter saying the case had been handled. The process for us was flawless. Her and her staff was on 100% on point for us. Would recommend and use her again if need be.

I highly recommend her to anyone with criminal charges. Her and her assistant Mandy are some of the sweetest individuals I’ve ever spoken to and dealt with. Every time I called the office and could not get through, Mandy would immediately call me back with all the information I needed. The prices are extremely affordable for the amazing work this woman does. Again, highly recommend. She is very respectable and just does an amazing job.

I started to hire this firm for a simple speeding ticket. I received a legal advertisement in the mail and thought $45 was too good to be true. When I called to receive more information, someone other than Teresa answers the phone and gives you information, not sure what their job title is. Anyway, I prefer to speak to the actual attorney that is handling my case. I hired her anyways. The person I spoke to wanted my card info over the phone and when I asked for a confirmation code, I was told the person who ran the payments had left for the day and would run it "tomorrow or Monday morning" (this was a Thursday). So, essentially my card information was written down and held in an office for a few days. Then when I called on Monday to get said confirmation code, I was told the software they use doesn't give confirmation codes (same person that told me to call on Monday, by the way!) So they said they would mail a receipt. This was all really irritating and without proof of hiring an attorney, I wasn't comfortable letting them go to court for me. When I expressed my concern over if she was sick or unable to make my court date, without a receipt I would have no way to cover myself, I was then told "you won't be issued an arrest over a traffic ticket" which furthered my annoyance. On top of not getting to speak with her directly, she's licensed on the bar website under a different name which made her hard to find and made me skeptical, especially since when you google her firm, the first image is vacation photos. Unprofessional in my personal opinion.

I contacted this law office to defend me for a simple speeding ticket. I gave them three weeks advanced notice before my court date. The court date came and went and I didn't contact them, thinking they needed time to consolidate what they had gathered to report back to me but after three days of silence I gave their office a call. It turns out that the officer who issued me the speeding ticket was the attorney's husband and that due to this conflict of interest she would not be able to take my case. So how on earth does a competent attorney fail to realize for three WEEKS that the issuing officer was their spouse? I had not only read the secretary the officer's name over the phone but I had ALSO listed it in my written statement which, presumably, the attorney read directly, and if she DIDN'T read my written statement before going to court that just raises further concerns. What, was she just planning on winging it in court? So either she didn't read her client's written statement, or she did and somehow didn't recognize her husband's name. To pile on the blatant incompetence they took three days to even tell me this result? Unacceptable. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Dodge this bullet; find another lawyer.

This was the worst experience EVER! The case was pushed out for more than a year due to other obligations the attorney had (keep in mind she was paid not court appointed). My daughter was forced at the end to plead guilty to a charge that someone else had already been found guilty of because attorney Stewart didn't want to take my case to trial. I think because my daughter was young and didn't know any better she was taken advantage of by the person who was supposed to be looking out for me. I do not advise the use of the lawyers services unless you are getting them for free.
