Now this is a line that we're calling all because we have too! For this reason we shouldn't be subject to the rude, matter of factness, and sometimes chastity. I understand the call volume is a bit busy but I'm sure you were oriented to this job and they were informed. Now wtbs, there are a few in here that realize we are all a part of the human race. What is the deal with the lead mean one? It's time to let this job go as her image looks like one of the retired on the wall above the entrance. I'm so sick of calling and running into YOU. Denture cream cost five bucks. Stick them things please and lighten up.

No, it's not the phone attendants' fault, the public defenders' fault, and sometimes it's not even the defendants' fault that they are incarcerated! Therefore, it would be much appreciated to have the pleasure of calling the Public Defender's office and speaking to an attendant that isn't rude ! Wishful thinking ???? Just a month ago, I wrote everything above this sentence. After contacting the public defenders' office and trying to reach two different public defenders' that I was informed that I needed to speak with in hopes of getting information for someone that was guilty until proven innocent! Anywho, I am adding to the comment from a month ago to reiterate just how NASTY & UNPROFESSIONAL the receptionist are that answer the phones when the phones are answered!!! Lastly, in my opinion, some of the public defenders' in Jacksonville are lazy as xxxx!!!
