Jonathan was extremely kind and responsive every question and I am so grateful to have him represent me. My case was very high stakes for me and he got me one of the best outcomes I could have hoped for. He was a responsible steward of my money and I can’t thank him and his team enough for helping me and keeping me informed every step of the way. My only regret is not finding him sooner.

The receptionist was so sarcastically rude! It’s like she didn’t want to help. I went to church with this family years ago. I was a Sunday school teacher there. I called back in January to make a consultation unfortunately my child abruptly had an emergency, extended stay in the hospital. Family first, I made my child’s health a priority. I called back in summer time, when I’m off from work to find out now it’s a $175 consultation charge for a question I’m not even sure I’ll need services for. I was willing to pay if they can help my case but not the way Kim spoke to me over the phone. Last time there wasn’t a charge but this time there is. I’m penalized for my child going away in an ambulance. With so many free consultations, it seemed best not to use Thomas Young’s Law Office. I wish them the best.

Jonathan, It has taken me a while to write this review, and to actually posted, but I’m glad to have decided not to continue with your services, I was not satisfied with the way that you and your “Christian” law firm handle me as a client. As a “Christian” law firm, I would’ve thought that you would followed values and principles of a so call “Christian”. It saddens me, that you are only going for people’s money, during difficult times in their life time. You used anguished, in difficult moment in which I was going through, but your intentions were to get as much monetary benefits as possible, refusing to be fair and honest, and not return the money that was left over from the work that you did not work for. I hope that you never have to go through a bad situation and have to use people like the ones at your law firm, that only await, to only get the best possible benefits of others. Amazing staff and amazing person. I was dealing with a high conflict custody case. Mr. Young and his staff were very professional.
