He is a disbarred attorney that stole money from his clients. He also claimed to be a trial attorney when in fact he was not. I used him as my attorney and it cost me everything. We ended up settling for such little money. I tried to tell him that I did not want to settle and I wanted to fight it in court. He told me we did not have a leg to stand on but at the time I did not know he was not allowed to fight it in court because he was not a trial attorney. I have four levels in my back fused, my entire neck is fused and I’ve had over 10 procedures. Not sure why I was never contacted by the bar or anybody else letting me know of his wrongdoings but having to find this out online really pisses me off.
