Initial consultation was great - very productive. From the time I made initial call through to the zoom meeting the following day. Steve Whitmore seemed genuine and appreciated my concerns. TRYING TO RECOVER THE BETRAYAL.. We hired this law firm to pursue two clients who had failed to pay us for work we completed at their homes. From the outset, we made it clear that we did not want to proceed if there was any risk of not recovering our money. We were assured we had a very strong case. Despite this assurance, the firm charged us over $140,000 in legal fees for cases worth only $43,000. This excessive billing contributed to our company showing a loss for the year, as we were financially burdened by their fees. We feel betrayed and deeply disappointed by the outcome. We trusted this firm to act in our best interests, but instead, we found ourselves in a worse position than before. Our experience has completely shattered our trust in attorneys and the legal system. We cannot recommend this law firm to anyone who values transparency and financial integrity. --- We will update review after we hear back from the firm.

At first it started really good. I thought Alyssa and the team were great. But in the middle of my case, my attorney left to start her own firm and I was left with the decision of keeping her at a cheaper rate, or paying larger fees with Robinson & Henry. It was a no brainer. Of course I went with the cheaper option. But again, I had to pay a retainer fee for her services under her new office. That was no problem. However, once I did choose to stick with the attorney I started with, not only did Robinson and Henry take almost 90 days to return my retainer. But they charge me rather large and very questionable fees. In the end, unjustifiably Robinson and Henry kept as much of my retainer as they could. I HIGHLY do not recommend this company. As their main objective is to drain your account as much as possible.
