Stay far far away! Vangeles was very quick in taking our tree cutting permit case with the Village in the summer of 2023. He got paid for the case. However, he is terrible with returning phone calls and emails; I have never worked with any lawyer who is so unresponsive. Our case is stuck with him, because I'm still waiting for him to send me the permit application he filed 9 months ago. Now the Village is threatening court appearance if no response in 30 days, and he is still missing in action. Multiple emails and phone calls remain unanswered and his last reply was to ask for more money. I wish I can leave ZERO star. In summary, he got paid; I'm doing his work and have to meet with the Village myself.
