If you have the unfortunate experience of finding yourself a target of CPS, do not make the mistake of thinking it is a game and do not put yourself through the horrible sleepless nights of worry. The first and only step in bringing an immediate resolution to this unbelievably complex experience is calling Kyle's office and setting an appointment with Dena. Mr Whitaker runs a very tight ship and is kind to everyone i have seen walking in the building. He had no idea who i was and took the time to say hello and ask how i was doing. Nicole is extremely hard working and gets back to you no matter how busy she is. Very impressive experience.

You can’t go wrong with hiring Kyle, he fights for me and my rights as a father. He takes things to a new level, I’ve never seen an attorney fight the way he does. He has given me the ability to believe in my case and I know that he fights for me in the court room when I can’t make it sometimes.
