This was the worst experience I have ever had. I had an appointment with Attorney Burns. The appointment was with myself and my brother. My brother was not able to make the appointment due to a work conflict. The "Attorney" walked out to the reception area, expressed in a rude manner that he was not happy that my brother was not there and said that if he couldn't keep the appointment than he would decline to represent. The "Attorney" must have forgotten that he cancelled an appointment on us once before. I did not cancel. I was on time and prepared to pay the consult fee. He was very rude and unprofessional. I can't imagine that an "Attorney" would actually treat a potential paying client in such a rude manner.
