WORST attorney ever! Do not use him! I hired him to help me through a very difficult time in my life. The retainer he wanted was very high but I had never been divorced so I didn't know he was taking advantage of me. What I got in return was more stress, no divorce, and now dealings with the Attorney Regulations Council as he took my money and ran. He never sent any billing of work done as you are required to do being an attorney. He was hard to get a hold of and didn't return phone calls until days/weeks later. He never even filed for divorce for me but tried to say that he somehow spent all of my retainer doing nothing. Don't let this guy swindle you out of your hard earned money like he did me. I hired another law firm and paid them a FRACTION of what I paid him and I am now divorced. They actually did what I paid them to do. Stay away from him. Bad news.

First thing you need to know is that his license is suspended. BECAUSE HE IS WORTHLESS. Doesn't prepare, always late with everything, the only phone contact he has with you is to ask for more money. Yuck twice on Zach.

I was referred to Zach by a neighbor who used someone else from his lawfirm, I was told by his boss "anyone that can walk and chew gum at the same time could handle this case' He made me do all the work and charged me $23,000!!!!!! He did NOTHING to save my child from her abusive father who continued to make our lives a living hell! He spent hours talking about his obsessive eating disorder like I was his therapist! Him and Julie Van Heinegen decided on joint custody that has caused my daughter PTSD, life long trauma! We all need to ban together and SUE them all!!!!!!!
