Buyers beware: I hired Lance to do a small job for me. I was going to put together a pot shop the first thing I asked him is. Will my building conform for this purpose? He said that it certainly would. Halfway through the project we found out that my building would not work and he should’ve known that. He’s keeping 100% of my money although I gave him a chance to give me a partial refund. Recommend you save your money and go with Pamela Dale she’s honest.
