The paralegal there doesn't do her job. She is not assertive and does not care about the clients. I had to sit in a dank hotel room for 5 days, in the arm pit of Georgia because she wasn't assertive enough to have my house close on time. Stay away, far away from this office.

Richard Cohen is an absolute criminal! Office staff was completely incompetent losing my file twice. Hired him for a house closing and after giving me his resume for an hour of how great he is at his job, he proceeded to ignore my request to have closing costs included in my mortgage. Long story short 24 hours before the closing I was told I needed another 20k for the closing cost. He then DID NOT SHOW UP for the closing at his office following day. This guy and his entire staff are the worst, stay away!
