Accepted my case back in December 2023 and has been very hard to communicate with ever since. No updates, no return calls or texts. I would wait for a few months before reaching out because I know cases can take some time. After several calls and unanswered texts from Andrew or his assistant , I finally got a letter 7 months later stating that they will not be representing me. I feel like I’ve lost so much time and effort. Why accept the case then not communicate, then drop my case 7 months later??
