The Clerk was very rude. It looks like other reviews show this too. She answered the phone after 20 minutes of waiting, scolded me that it was their lunch break, and then hung up. She was rude to my family and girlfriend when we were asking questions as well. She also called me a liar after reciting information given by the State's Attorney. It seems to me that small town bureaucracy may be getting to some people's heads.
Rudest woman with the worst attitude on the phone. Gave me no information and told me I had to drive to Deadwood to find out anything.
Rude people.
I think that the people that work there are great!!
