My mother has been with this attorney's group for years. Initially they were very helpful and responsive in helping my mother with her worker's comp claim but for the past 10 years, they barely communicate. Traveler's (the WC insurance carrier) has been harassing my mother, denying medical claims and medications, attempting to close her case even tho she cannot return to work. My mother has reached out numerous times to her attorney for a response and barely gets any. She's told they'll get back to her once they speak with Traveler's and never does. This is creating a hardship as without proper medical treatment, my mother will continue to be disabled and has been getting sicker by the year. This is ridiculous and unfair to people who are seeking assistance from an agency not exactly set up to help disabled people.
