Scott is an excellent lawyer who deeply cares about his clients. He is very smart and knows the law very well. I would highly recommend you use him. He doesn't charge for all the small things that other lawyers do. He didn't charge me when I talked to him on the phone for 5 minutes or so. Most lawyers, if not all other lawyers, will charge you a minimum of 30 minutes for a call like that. Scott was the lawyer in my divorce case. Divorce is a very stressful time in a person's life. But the time I spent working with Scott, I found that I consider him a friend. He has a great sense of humor and he put my mind at ease in times of deep stress. I felt that I could talk to him about anything. All the people in his office are very nice and serve their clients in a very friendly manner. Thank you Scott for taking my case.

Do not go with this Firm I reached out to this firm to take a case Spoke with a guy name Dan a day after I made my payment I called back and he didn't even remember who I was . I called several times after to check progress of my case a week later never got a return call til two weeks later then he asked for more money . I then gave him more money he avoided and never returned my calls for another week nnhe charged me a $3,000 retention fee. HE sat on my case, then decided two months later, that she didn't want to represent me. She strongly "suggested" I should look elsewhere for counsel, but it would cost me $500 because, as he put it, "I did do some work"??? I never Spoke the Jason Smith who I thought I hired Stay away from this firm .n nInDo yourself a favor, steer clear and look elsewhere if you want true quality representation. Lesson learned.
