Lawyers Title

I will rate Lawyer's title the best I encountered in the last 20 years, out of my experience in MO & TX. Reasons # 1. Very courteous 2. Very polite (particularly to name, Kiki Broyles) 3. Made the journey very simple 4. Very limited communications(only when necessary) 5. Professionalism 6. No hidden charges(no surprises) Overall, Lawyer's made closing very simple. By the way, I liked their Leather pouch where the originals are sent thru FedEx next day as promised :) Good job Lawyer's, pls continue to keep up the same. I will certainly will recommend to anyone, and I will continue to use them for my future needs. Thank you Ved

Awful experience. They neglected to share with me a change that occured on my closing disclosure the day ahead of closing. This left me out of the loop and completely blindsided. This is the opposite of what should have been done to bring transparency and expectations to those participating in closing. I would never work with this place again. Tell your friends not to use Lawyers Title!
