I got hurt on the job as an electrician in 2020. My employer fired me and blamed me for the accident. I called Sweet James and they connected me to Mehr and Associates. When I tell that these lawyers are relentless hyenas, I mean would not quit until I received a fair compensation! Even when I thought it was a lost cause they assured me that I was going to be taken care of and properly compensated. 2 1/2 yrs later I was rewarded 30 grand! Love u guys!
This review is for my friend and colleague Angie Kwik who is a fantastic person and a caring and proficient lawyer. Any client would be lucky to have her as their attorney.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION: This location seems more like a brokerage for clients and “by the hour” attorneys. You will NEVER speak to an attorney just office staff. In the 6years I have been going through this they will not give me an attorney’s name just a case manager. My court records have a different attorney listed each time I look it up. I have repeatedly asked for a call back and get nothing! I’m so tired of no progress. I have my job position due to me not being able to perform. This office did nothing to assist me with getting workers compensation when I was denied. I have had no income for years over this. Lost my home and my car. All this office tells me is “maybe consider getting a job somewhere else”. How the heck does that work if I can’t work my job but I can work somewhere else for my case??? I’m moving to another attorney who also said I should sue this office.
This is the most caring firm in the business. I’m a client here and they treat me and my case like royalty. I can’t say enough great things about this firm. You can trust them with fantastic work and positivity. If I can give them a better rating I would, and Florida rocks!
