Mcmullen Mediations

I was the plaintiff in a lawsuit filed in 2013 against a trucking company that damaged a historic airplane, and they had insurance coverage. We had a mediation in Mullen's office in March 2015, and I came away with more than I expected. Hopefully the other side paid less than they expected. He was nice to work with, not insulting. I don't know what he told the other side, but I thought he did great. I have mentioned him to others who also say he is good.

I have had the privilege of Wade mediating my cases for the last 30+ years. Yesterday, once again he was masterful at resolving a complicated seven vehicle pile-up on I-35 caused by an 18-wheeler with serious injuries, many claimants and attorneys, and unfortunately not enough insurance funds to go around. I would always want him to mediate my case and I think it's safe to say that I speak for all lawyers.
