I had been a patient of Dr Lo’s since the early 90’s. When he passed away, I was deeply saddened and also at a loss for a family doctor. After seeing a few other family doctors, all who were disappointing, I learned that Dr Lo’s practice had been taken over by Advanced Care Medical. The main reason I decided to give them a try was because of the front office staff. Lucy and Maria had been the front office staff for many years with Dr. Lo. They are both very personable and efficient. I know that when I call, either Maria or Lucy will answer. Not like so many other doctor’s offices where you have to leave a message and someone will return your call within 24 to 48 hours. That is a huge bonus. Both Dr Mangoba and Jaquolin, the Nurse Practitioner, are very kind and caring. I mostly see Jaquolin for my appointments. She is amazing!! She sits down and takes the time to really listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed and I feel very confident that I’m in good hands. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Lo was a decent doctor, but after seeing him a couple times then they started putting my appointments with random doctors when I was trying to schedule with Dr. Lo and not telling me. The other doctors were subpar and I was not happy with the treatment I received from them. I was upset about this and tried to compromise with them and pay 75% of my bill for this reason but they still put my remaining 30 dollar balance in collections after I paid 90 for my appointments with doctors I didn’t even schedule with. The front desk is also rude. Avoid at all costs

Dr Lo has been my only doctor since I moved up here to California in 1979. Every year on my annual check up we would share our previous past year experiences. We would say to each other we are getting older together. He kept me healthy and sound throughtout the years. Today I found out Dr. Lo has passed away on April 1st. Never in a million years was I prepared to hear this news of his passing while attempted to schedule my annual check up this year. Dr. Lo you will be truly missed. Thank you for your soft approach on health recommendations and good advice. You are a pinnacle in your field of medicine. My deepest condolences to your family and friends during this difficult times. Rest In Peace my friend. Benton Kam

I have been a patient of Dr. Lo's for at least 10 years now. He is very knowledgeable and patient and quick to make a diagnosis of my health problems. I would recommend him to anyone. His office staff are friendly and efficient. I am in and out of the office without wait time. (either in front office OR exam room)

Dr. Lo has been our family's health care doctor for more than 2 decades. He is amazing- takes the time to listen and ask questions. He is a doctor who truly cares!
