The receptionist just hung up on me after repeating the same unanswerable question several times, blaming me for her not understanding what I said to begin with. I really hope calls are recorded because she's quite unprofessional. The lawyer herself is good and I consulted her 4 months ago but you have to get past the irrational secretary first. Good luck.
