DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They charge exorbitant prices. I was new setting up my business and was roped in but a year into it I realized their is better companies that charge a fraction of what these scammers charge. I called in while a payment was still pending and cancelled everything with them. We thought the charges wouldn’t go through since I had gotten a new card that wasn’t on file with them. Well they went through I called in to get a refund since I wasn’t using them and was told that I’d have to get my bank to dispute it as it’s not their policy to issue a refund. Well discover is disputing them but they still don’t want to give up my hard earned money. This company is a scam and a fraud and I highly recommend you look elsewhere. They charge 3 to 4 times the amount for EVERY SINGLE SERVICE. I have saved so much money from discontinuing with these guys.

I used LegalZoom for less than 24 hours. I realized that the company is a scam. I’ve been fighting with this company since 11/28/23 for a refund. THEN after cancelling my account with them, the company charged me two additional more times AFTER THE ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED. I’ve spoken to numerous reps and they keep saying it takes 2-3 days to process the refund and up to 7 days for it to to be returned to my account. I’ve been told that since 11/28/2023 and as of 12/13/2023 I have yet to receive my refund. All the support team is located overseas where they give you false names and the run around. I have called the corporate office, I’ve done the chat option and still nothing. This company is a scam. I would definitely not use them. Take a look at their BBB reviews. Others have encountered the same issue.

Jessica was amazing! She had a respectable attitude and beautiful personality. Talked me through the entire process even after having to start over she patiently waited. Most importantly she was very supportive and gave me great encouragement and words of advice for my business. I enjoyed my experience and had an amazing day because it started off with a great amount of positivity from Jessica. Overall Legalzoom is amazing. At first I was nervous but everything was amazing excellent and smooth sailing because I didn’t go through process alone and the help helped me save money. Most importantly I love the cut the ribbon feature on website at the end. lol

Opening up a business or non profit I always use LegalZoom. Even if i've done it before, I feel reassured of the process and trust them more then myself when it comes to making sure every T is crossed and I is dotted. Another cool element is the business toolkit that helps you follow through the other important areas of business. The agents are always supportive and when your starting a project any and all enthusiasm is wonderful.

Very knowledgeable regarding the service and products with with great two-way communication skills; excellent at answering questions and providing details when I needed more information; personable and intelligent; articulate and good "on the fly" - bottom-line: Eli is absolutely a phenomenal employee.
