We went to Andy and asked him to prepare our wills and trust that would include a home, business properties a LLC and an S-corp business. He assured us he could take care of that for us. We paid him $1800.00 which included a $200 referral discount. We spent several months sending documents back and forth at the final signing we paid the balance and he told us he would be sending more documents to tell us how to fund our trust. He sent a few documents and an email telling me he didn't know how to do our S-Corp or LLC and we should contact the attorney who set up the businesses!!!! At no time during the almost year we were working with him did he tell us he didn't have the expertise to handle our businesses. Since then we have been referred to a business attorney and Andy is going to pay some to get the LLC placed in our trust but we have to pay this new attorney another $2500!!! You should have been honest from the start and said you didn't know how to do this job and we would have looked for someone with better qualifications. While you are doing a little to help the situation you caused. it falls a bit flat because you should not have lead us to believe you could do something so clearly out of the realm of your abilities.
