They are rude . Tossed papers on my pouch that wind took down street . When I called that asked for someone by diffrent name put me on hold came back called me by diffrent name said you agreed to make a payment we won't come to your Job . Again calling me diffrent first and last name would not tell me the company they was calling about. They made it look as they was scammers . They also don't update experian that you paying them nor do they send you any statement.

They are very unprofessional scammers make sure you get all documents in writing and print outs of every payment/ garnishment charge before you settle there book keeping will not represent what you paid doc doc document! they are unethical and scam artist because why would they take a payment from your tax return and no disclose it on the amount being paid! And the front desk lady Nora is a absolute nasty person un happy hates her life

Absolutely the rudest most unprofessional people in the state of Michigan 8 years has gone by and the papers were never delivered to my house back in 2016 also they charged me an extra 600$ place is a scam make sure to get a list of all itemized payments/garnishments of what you owe and what you have to pay this place is a complete scam and the lady is so absurdly rude on the phone an in person said on my papers wrong address so how was I suppose to be at court on the specific date? Scam

They are a collection agency and they charge interest on the collection so you think that you owe the outstanding balance but your balance takes longer to pay off because of there interest

I called today to get info on my account I was not rude and the lady was rude and hung up in my face and it's sad that people act this way I hope she is dealt with on how she treats people trying to get there business in order. Also I will be reporting then to the Better Business Bureau as well because these reviews I believe are for the same lady being rude.
