Didn’t get help instead the tax owed money got increased and also they kept taking $250/month for more than a year. What they did is just arranged payment plan to pay to irs. It was Sarah wacker.if I would have been pay the amount of $9000 at first it would be better but I ended up paying $13500 plus their fees which is more then $2000. Where is the help by paying the fees to them? I loosed around $7k by hiring them and they didn’t do as they said earlier that they will help lower the irs debt. Very disappointed and sad as I’m already going through a hard financial situation. ????????

It was such a pleasure to work with the professionals at IRS Help! This team was thorough and worked efficiently to get a resolution. I will be referring IRS Help in the future!

Len and his team were amazing! I owed the IRS several years of back taxes. I was constantly getting notices from the IRS threatening to take my wages or property. Ultimately, Len's team negotiated my $125,000 debt down to $7560. I can breath again knowing the IRS isn't out to get me! This isn't a quick process so be prepared, but it's definitely worth it!

I contacted your office after 2 months of not hearing any news on our 2016 tax issue, that we were paying your office to review, and receiving a lien notification from the IRS. I heard back a day later that we owed over $17,000 which was only a couple hundred less than the original amount we were being billed for. Your office set up a payment plan, and my husband and I were devastated. We contemplated selling our home or filing bankruptcy. I then received a letter from the IRS regarding a file review that I had requested myself almost 5 months earlier. The IRS stated that we only owed $730.17 after reviewing my documentation and payment history to them.. They had the same documentation that I provided to your office. Please don;t put anyone else through this. 11/4/19-I updated ,my rating because I was upset when I wrote this, and I am sure there was more work behind the scenes than I was aware of.
