I had a some issues with my closing in March, things did not go as smoothly as expected. Once I brought these issues to the attention of Michael Lepizzera he took immediate action. He investigated the issues I had brought to his attention, communicated with me, apologized, explained the situation, and rectified it. The closing may not have gone exactly as I expected, but issues arise all the time and I think the manner in which the firm addressed these issues speaks volumes to their professionalism, value of their clients, and their reputation. I would recommend this office for real estate closings and any other legal needs.

Mailed The the deed to the wrong address (to our old apartment not the new house). Wrong house number on the deed. Called and Said they have forget to have us sign an annual tax credit document that was part of our loan, and then said they did and will email a copy but never did. One of the attorney had lied to me about negotiations with seller and around the closing he completely denied it basically lying to my face. Secretary is loud and obnoxious to talk to on the phone. Would not recommend this attorney's office at all. lousy business.
