I received one email from this company upon taking my case I’ve spoken to one person out of numerous attempts. Spoke to a gentleman for about 10 minutes and confirmed my info was on file. Then I was placed on hold that lasted 15 minutes that then disconnected. Did not receive a call back. This is my last ditch effort to get a response from someone. If you are reading this and thinking about using these people, do not waste your time. I wasted plenty of mine for you already.
Opened a claim with them for the AT&T data breach. Provided the letter I received from AT&T to prove I qualified but they wanted the account number. Didn't know what it was so I just entered the old landline number I had with them thinking if it was wrong they'd surely be able to find the right one. Well, I was wrong. They sent me an email two days later saying I provided the wrong account number and to correct it to they could proceed. Like I'm going to remember an account number for an account I had for less than a month almost 10 years ago. As lawyers they should be able to find out that information. Guess it's not going any further! Just saying!
They sue anyone and everyone, most of the time it's frivolous. They are basically ambulance chasers. Constantly manipulating stocks also, SEC should look into these corrupt lawyers.
I worked with these corrupt people and wasted all of my money. Absolute a bad company and will never do business with them ever again and I highly recommend everyone to stay clear of these people. Thank you.
I have nothing but praise for the way the this Law firm handled the case of New Frontier Media. Shannon Hopkins is a true professional. I have since spoken to her on other shareholder rights and she never fails to advise me.
