**TIME WASTER** I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Jeffrey Marks in a standard real estate transaction. Not only was Jeffery unresponsive during this process he refused to acknowledge responses which ultimately caused the deal to collapse which wasted about 60 days everyone's time. After discussing his name and firm with others i have found out this is his norm causing him to be put on do not work with lists. UNFORTUNATELY i will have to now add him to our do not work with list, just knowing he is on such a list is definitely a red flag because not only will time be wasted if he is hired some offers wont even be accepted due to him being on the contract. BEWARE!!!!
Totally blew a case when working at Shifrin law firm. Reading the other review, looks like nothing has changed.
