We have been searching for a Firm that we could trust and would be reliable for such an important decision as Wills and Trusts. We asked family and friends for their input, and we finally went with Georgia Wills, Trusts, and Probate Firm because of how highly Dawn Levine was thought of by someone we trusted. We were very delighted by our decision. Dawn was more than thoughtful and informative. Dawn met with us first to ascertained what we wanted and needed. Dawn then provided us with informative videos and paperwork to review. She layed out everything so well that we felt fully educated, not only on the process of Wills and Trusts, but also on Georgia Law, as they affect our Wills/Trusts. Dawn made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dawn made sure we knew what would be required of us, and what specifically pertained to our stated desires/wishes for the future. Dawn walked us through each major step of the process and never overwhelmed us with too much at each stage. She always made sure we understood what we were deciding and how to implement those wishes in the documents before we signed anything. When all is said and done, we feel so thrilled to have Georgia Wills, Trusts, and Probate Firm as our Estate Planning Attorneys. As retired Law Enforcement (who are very thorough with everything...to the point of being Type A, as in, we fully researched the Firm) we would fully recommend the Firm, and especially Dawn Levine, for anything dealing with Estate Planning. We trust them implicitly.

Dawn Levine worked on the estate planning for my parents. My brother required a special needs trust. I was so impressed with the process and the results that my husband and I had her develop our own estate planning documents. The process was easy and organized. Dawn was patient and helped us understand the different options so we were able to determine which path fit out needs.

Dawn Levine did a wonderful job helping me with my trust and will. She answered all of my questions. She guided me to make the best decisions for my situation. She has really great videos that explain options very clearly. It was just so easy to get through the process. I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience with Amanda Riedling at this firm. Even though I live nearly an hour from this location, I chose to do business with them. They were extremely responsive both over the phone and through email. I was able to get most of the process done online and only had to come in for the signing of my documents. I needed to get a will in place to primarily ensure that my daughter had someone to care for her in the event of my death. Amanda encouraged me to also take care of advanced directive documentation, which I was very grateful for. Now I have peace of mind knowing my daughter has legal documentation to make sure she is entrusted with a relative I know will care for her as their own. Having the advanced directive takes the emotional and financial burden off of my family in the event I am braindead. When I came in for the final signing, Amanda took the time to make sure I understood what the documentation covered and answered all of my questions in a manner that makes sense to a layperson. She was so friendly and kind, it was like working with an old friend. If you a looking for a firm that will treat you like a person and not just as a source of income, I highly recommend you do your business here.

When looking for an attorney and especially for something as important as estate planning, you want transparency, absolute clarity and someone to walk you through the process step by step. It also helps if the attorney is personable, reachable and does what they say they are going to do. Amanda and this firm check all of those boxes. Highly recommend.
