Even when you DO try to pay on your debt, it takes 3 or 4 times calling (waiting on hold for 10 mins each at least) to even get through. And THEN they're only available 8am-5pm M-F. AKA when most of the world is also at work. C'mon guys.... it's called an "answering service". I'd think you'd have heard of such a thing by now?

These scum bought a debt from B of A,my Girlfriend let it go to judgement and ordered her to pay X$ a month.She is paying said judgement. Yet now the bank is also going after her.Don't you communicate with you're low life clients?Cannot be sued by you low life scum and by your low life clients for the same debts.Get ahold of them and obligate your debts.

Called 3 times during hours. Never answered.

They sounded all puffed up when they called and then when they realized that my wife and I actually were aware of our civil rights, they hung up. We called back three times and their office always says they are out of the office. Typical. My wife is dying of cancer and these cowards are suing us for an account that CitiBank admits to have already forgiven.
