Law firms like this one are referred to as Shysters and pettifoggers. The best way to deal with them is file a truthful and complete detailed complaint with whatever state you live in Bar Association. You can also file a complaint with the Federal agency Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Their only goal to collect money by any means. They could care less about your rights or the law. If you ever receive a collection letter send them a Cease and Desist letter Immediately! Send it certified. Then they go away. This is all opinion and observing their lack of follow up with the people they victimize.

Law Firm illegally garnished my bank account three times. When I called the number they provided the bank after 9 am no one answered and when I put in the account number they provided the bank on their website the results came back not found! So in other words they took money out of my account, they weren't supposed to and then were unreachable to confirm the debt owed was valid (no record on my credit report). Reported to BBB as well.

These are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered and I work in real estate! The settlement company, bank, and myself have been calling for 3 weeks and have literally left 15 voicemails with everyone in that office. All I need is one piece of paper faxed that would take five minutes of their precious time. It’s the only thing holding up a closing for me! How are we suppose to get judgements satisfied if they will not answer calls or answer my voicemail. Furious is an understatement.

The firm put the wrong address for a lawsuit on the paperwork filled with the court. I contacted them to let them know that no one had lived at our address by that name and they must have the wrong address. They hung up on me. I call back and stated this again. They basically said they didn't care if they had the wrong address. I stated this person would not know they were being sued. Again hung up on me. I think that is malpractice to be told you had incorrect information on a legal document and not care.
