I'm not sure why I'm paying for a lawyer, if she doesn't want to do her job. I seriously have to message her multiple times, so she can get a task done. I went with this firm, based on the good reviews and responsiveness at the beginning, but once I signed up with them, everything has changed. They are not as attentive, or responsive . It takes days to receive a reply back from my lawyer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where there is client centered care.

Not good customer service she’s very rude

Very nasty attitude with phone receptionist, short and smart during inquiry. Left on hold over ten minutes or just plain hung up on.

This review is for Suzanne Gaido. This is an excellent Lawyer. She is well rounded and practices in many field, namely criminal, immigration, business, NGO and family. She helped me with my custody issues, and all was superb.
