Called to see about a consultation. Your receptionist is probably the worst customer service person you could probably have. I gave her the information and she goes “uhhhhhhhhhh well if you give me some information I can pass it along”. She clearly was not listening to a single word that came out of my mouth. Train her to be better or get a new receptionist.

Will only help you if it is big money

They don't seem to care about the individual person...you are just a number...never have any time to answer questions unless you make an appointment.

I have never had any complaints about them .I think there the best
