A sincere notice : Who else wants to be with such unprofessional lawyers would get trouble and lost for themselves. The boss is an old guy who will never remember and will not listen to you patiently. He often talks to unknown so and talks about many unnecessary things and words to prolong the time, because most conversations are charged by the hour.

During the last transaction, Attorney Sun identified several mistakes in the paperwork, catching them at first sight and promptly requesting that the building's attorney correct them. Mr. Sun is also very patient and explained every document to us during the closing. They sent me all the documents and called me to confirm receipt. I have referred them to all my friends and will continue to choose them for our real estate transactions."

This guy is arrogant. He blames you for their incompetence . He would not fight for you if you need him to fight for your interest . Instead he victimizes you and blames you. I would not recommend using them for anything law related

I’ve worked with Yang & Associates 2x and both times they’ve been great. They’re able to work with tight deadlines and still get the job done. Highly recommend!

If you are a buyer or seller, please make sure to double check the law firm that you will be working with throughout the transaction of the property. If you see "Yang & Associates, PC" or "Law office of Li Yang", first thing you should do is tell the opposite party that you will not proceed unless they change their legal representation. Li Yang does the following very well: 1. He does not respond back to e-mails or inquiries. 2. He will ensure that you cannot close on time 3. If you somehow end up at closing, he will not have done your paperwork correctly. Please learn from my experience, and avoid this firm like a plague. The reason why I believe this law firm has been around for so long is because they work closely with sketchy real estate agents that lure their clients to them (I bet there's some kickback incentive), and also deal with clients who cannot speak english ( who probably think they have no alternative). (I didn't hire him, I was buyer, and he represented the seller)
